Zastava 750 - Fića 60 years Fića (Zastava 750) - Kragujevac 2015

Kompanija FIAT je automobil FIAT 600 predstavila svetu na Salonu automobila u Ženevi marta 1955.

Krajem te godine Zavodi Crvena Zastava iz Kragujevca počinju sa prozvodnjom automobila pod nazivom Zastava 600, a na osnovu ugovora sa FIAT-om iz 1954. Te godine je iz fabrike izašlo 25 komada automobila Zastava 600. Imajući u vidu tadašnje tehnološke mogućnosti fabrike u Kragujevcu verovatno se radilo o kompletno uvezenim automobilima iz Italije.

Tako je počela legenda o auutomobilu koji će Jugoslavija i Jugosloveni zvati Fića. Automobil koji se proizvodio u Kragujevcu će pratiti usavršavanje ovog modela od strane fabrike italojanske fabrike FIAT. Naziv FIAT 600 sa usavršavanjem i povećanjem zapremine motora postaje FIAT 600D, a u Kragujevcu se zove Zastava 600, Zastava 600D, kasnije Zastava 750, model koji se najduže proizvodio i za koji je najčešće vezivan naziv Fića, sa povećanjem zapremine motora samo u Jugoslaviji na kraju proizvodnje Zastava 850.

Model FIAT 600 postaje svetski automobil. Proizvodio se Španiji u fabrici SEAT, u Nemačkoj u fabrici Neckar, u Argentini u fabrici Sevel, u Urugvaju, u čileu, ukupno skoro 5,000.000 automobila, u Jugoslaviji do kraja 1985., najduže se proizvodio, skoro 1,000.000. Pod nazivom FIAT Abarth bio je nezaustavljiv na automobilskim trkama u svojoj klasi.

Zastava 750 je omogućila motorizaciju Jugoslavije i Jugoslovena. U isto vreme omogućila je industrijski razvoj Jugoslavije, jer su se delovi za ovaj automobil proizvodili skoro u svakom delu zemlje.

Takmićenja ovih automobila u klasi automobila pod nazivom „Nacionalna klasa“ omogućila je razvoj auto-sporta u Jugoslaviji.

Grad Kragujevac u kome je i počela legenda o automobilu pod nazivom Fića obeležena je 60. godišnjica od početka njegova proizvodnje. Okupili su se automobili i njihovi vlasnici iz svih država nastalih raspadom Jugoslavije, kako bi se prisetili nekih drugih vremena, neki kažu boljih.

At the end of that year Departments Crvena Zastava from Kragujevac begin the production of under the name Zastava 600, based on the contract with FIAT in 1954.
