Pagani reduced their Zonda F's weight by almost 200 kg by using a carbon-titanium frame, and lightened suspension. Then improved it with a lower center of gravity, reduced polar inertia and improved down force. They named it the Pagani Zonda R.
The Pagani Zonda R was shown the
difficult and tortuous 20.83 km Nuuml;rburgring Nordschleife's 73 corners, which it lapped in 6 minutes and 47 seconds
The Zonda R used Pirelli P Zero Slick tires specially designed for Zonda R by the Pirelli's Motorsports division . These tires gave made an essential
contribution to the extraordinary levels of grip need to perform this speed test.
