The McLaren F1 delivers outstanding performance and handling as a result of intelligent engineering and the Formula One technology at the time of design. The world's first production road car to feature an all carbon composite monocoque and body structure. The extensive use of carbon fibre and other lightweight materials for overall low weight, improve handling and performance and yet providing exceptional strength and unsurpassed levels of safety.
Powered by a BMW S70/2, 6.1-litre, quad-cam, 48-valve V12, 627 horsepower engine, specifically designed and built for the F1. Power is delivered through a bespoke six-speed transaxle gearbox.
The F1 radical design features a central driving position for optimum visibility, dihedral doors for easy ingress and egress, active aerodynamics and "ground-plane shear" suspension geometry for exceptional vehicle dynamics.

A limited edition of just five McLaren F1s.
F1 LM is a F1 GTR transformed into a road-legal car, to celebrate the 1995 F1 GTR finishing first, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 13th places in the 1995 Le Mans 24 Hours.
The changes to the standard car was significant and included engine, aero, set-up and weight reduction of 60 kg.
