By submitting photos and data to ALLCARCENTRAL.COM for any purpose or reason; the submitter understands and agrees to the following: 1. The Submitter is the creator and owner of such images and material. 2. By submitting such images and material to All Car Central Publishing Company herby does agree to allowing All Car Central Publishing Company, AllCarCentral.com and its Affiliates, to publish said images and material in its online publications.
