Blancpain Endurance Series Nürburgring 2013

The number 84 Mercedes SLS AMG GT3 PRO car of HTP Motorsport (DEU) Piloted by Schneider/Götz/Buhk came in first making Maximilian Buhk (DEU) new Pro Cup title holder in the 2013 Blancpain Endurance Series.

Bernd Schneider became the first driver in history to win both a 1000 kms billed GT race and the Nürburgring 24 Hours in the same season.

The HTP run Mercedes SLS AMG had what looked like an unbeatable margin but they were set back with a brake-pad change setting up a close race with the #3 car of Marc VDS Racing Team BMW Z4 who finished at the end.

Also reaching the podium third overall, was the McLaren MP4-12C by ART Grand Prix with Andy Soucek (ESP), Antoine Leclerc (FRA) and Mike Parisy (FRA) in the seat.

Lucas Ordonez (ESP) with the Nissan GT Academy Team RJN became the 2013 Pro-Am driver's champion, and the Team received Pro-Am team silver. Nissan GT Academy Team gained a valubal edge when their strongest rival went out with heavy crash.

Winning the Pro-Am category, in a Ferrari 458 Italia, the all-Russian driving squad of Kirill Ladygin (RUS), Anton Ladygin (RUS) and Victor Shaitar (RUS).

The Sport Garage/Eric Cayrolle team of Eric Cayrolle (FRA), Bruce Lorgere Roux (FRA) and Venezualan racer - Justino Azcarate racing in the #52 Ferrari 458 Italia, took the Gentlemen Trophy class 2 laps in the lead.

Leader in first Lap and finally Winner overall after 6 Hours Endurance Racing. HTP Motorsport Mercedes SLS AMG GT3, driven by Maximilian Buhk, Maximilian Goetz and Bernd Schneider.

Bad luck for Team PRO GT by Almeras from France. Fire on the Car in first Lap. Eric Dermont and Franck Perera couldn't finish the Race.

At the beginning of the Race, Parts of the Track were in the fog.

Another short Racer. Ferrari 458 Italia with minor damage at the front and at the Rear end of the Car. The AF Corse Ferrari of Andrew Danyliw, Salaquarda and Matteo Beretta had to retract from the Race.
